SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We offer FREE shipping within India. Once you place an order, your items would be shipped within 4-5 working days.Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

Please Note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier partners. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Returns Policy
Since we offer products based on customer preferences and measurements, we will not be able to offer a refund however, should a size issue arise we are happy to make exchange as per the below policy. In the event you are dissatisfied with the quality of the garment, kindly contact us on customercare@lazyllamas.co.in and reasonable measures shall be taken to rectify the issue to the best of our ability.
Faulty Merchandise
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at Lazy Llamas take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting customercare@lazyllamas.co.in about the fault.
Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received.
If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery date incase of size issue.
- Items must be in original packaging (tags attached, no stains, no damage).
- Please contact us via [email/phone] to initiate the exchange process.
- Once the returned package is received, our team will inspect the item for any damage, and the replacement will be shipped shortly thereafter.
Important
- We do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final.
- Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size, color or style. Incase of unavailability of the same, it can be exchanged against any other style of same or higher value.
